Omega Celebrity Management International founder, Alistair David Herz, began attending conventions and autograph shows as a fan when he was a pre-teen and began working for numerous convention groups shortly thereafter.  He was soon overseeing different departments, working with celebrities, and co-chairing conventions during which time he was acquiring experience and knowledge about celebrity representation for personal appearances, as well as the business side of show promotion.

 

During his time with The Walt Disney Company, Alistair was involved in Special Event Management and Promotions which added to his growing knowledge of facilitating large events.  It was his professionalism, advanced management skills, attention to detail, customer service mindset, and leadership ability which got him an offer to manage a professional dinner theater; these traits were later recognized by Paramount Parks who offered him a management position at their "Soon to Open" Star Trek: The Experience in Las Vegas.
